The Hunger Banquet organized by the Interact Club was successfully held at lunchtime on 26th November, 2015. This interactive even aims at bringing hunger and poverty issues to life.
Participants were divided into four groups. They were given exciting games and challenging tasks in which only one group would win a “rich meal” like cup noodles and hot chocolate. The rest had plain meals like biscuits and water. The students experienced how poor people live under hunger and are aware of the cruel uneven resource distribution problem. The participants enjoyed a lot and got inspired from this intriguing and meaningful activity. The money raised was donated to the World Vision.
