On 7th March 2015, 18 Folk Dance members participated in 51st Schools Dance Festival organized by Hong Kong Schools Dance Association Limited and received Honours Award and Choreography Award in Western Dance Section. The name of the dance is Slovak Dance. This is a cheerful, energetic dance from the Horehronie region in Central Slovakia. There are many characteristic stamping rhythms in the dance of this region.
